What previous participants say…
I came to Reignite flustered, feeling isolated and a little unmotivated... after a weekend of connections, reflections, meditation and challenging conversations, I re-entered my week ready to go, kick in new doors and confidently express my passions.
Kris Spann, BinBypass
“Reignite came at just the right time, sometimes you don't realise that you need to get away, stop and check in undtil you actually do. It was quite the weekend - inspiring, genuine people, activities to reconnect to yourself and to Country, and delicious food. Left with new energy, new friends and a reignited passion to drive positive impact in the world.”
Belinda Fairbrother, Taronga Conservation Society Australia
“A well-curated, relaxing event that gives you the opportunity to meet a range of like-minded impact leaders.”
Geoff Manchester, CEO, Intrepid Travel
Meet your co-hosts.
Tom Allen (Founder, Impact Boom) and Luke Faccini (Founder, Good North) look forward to welcoming you to Reignite.
Having worked with thousands of purpose-driven founders and leaders from around the globe, they began to notice a worrying trend; many of the people they worked with were very low on energy and at risk of (or experiencing) burnout. Many were struggling to balance work and family. Often the leaders were busy working ‘in’ the business, rather than ‘on’ the business. Almost all of them were finding the events they attended were focussed on yet more (often un-insightful) panels and lectures, without creating truly meaningful spaces to connect, reflect and find clarity.
Alongside first-hand experience with similar struggles themselves, they set about co-designing Reignite as an opportunity for deep connection to values-aligned people (more often found on the sidelines of an event, rather than the event itself!), rejuvenation, reflection and forward-planning, as well as time in nature to recharge.
The community connection and legacy from previous Reignites lives on. Strong relationships, collaborations and new habits have been formed. The Business for Good community has grown stronger, sector silos have begun to dissolve and now it’s your opportunity to join the community.

Previous participants say…
“What an incredible weekend that fed my soul. Thank you for curating such a special experience that offered deep connections, deep First Nations learning, healthy nourishing activities and an absolutely stunning location on Bundjalung Country that reignited my passion for impact and fed my soul.”
Amy Orange, Social Traders
“Tom and Luke's hosting of Reignite was legendary, thoughtful and deeply caring. I felt nourished, cup-filled, and while I usually find experiences like this quite tiring because of all the social connection, the distinct intention to allow people to create their own journeys through the content created a culture of self-management, as opposed to dependence on the hosts to set all the frames for everything. I would definitely attend again for my well-being, my network building, and for my projects.”
Mikey Leung, Digital Storytellers
“The most magical weekend with impact-led business founders, it was all I dreamed of and more. Powerful conversations with the problem solvers of the world, meaningful connections and THE FOOD. It was flawless and I'm counting down the days until we get to all come back together again.”
